Reservation/security deposit is due upon reservation. All Reservation/Security deposits are returned within 14 days after check out. Any damage or lost items will be deducted from Reservation/Security deposit. Any cancellation or change of reservation must be made 60 days prior to arrival date. No refund of rental payments will be made after the 60 day cancellation period. We suggest that all reservations be backed by a travel insurance policy of your choice, as we DO NOT refund any rental payments after the 60 day cancellation period-no exceptions! All cancellations will incur a $25 processing fee.
Advertised rates reflect a cash/check discount & check/cashiers check/travelers check are preferred methods of payment for deposit & rental amounts. Major credit cards accepted with prior approval & may increase total amount due. Payments should only be made to property manager Sean Creel! AVOID FRAUD-NEVER wire or send money via western union! We will not call & solicit payments from you!!
